We had such a good experience finding a new vacuum at Bell’s. They helped us find the right model for our floor type and budget, and the customer service was super fast and helpful when we eventually needed a repair (which ended up being covered by our warranty and was free!). I love that they’re a local, family-owned business, and their appliances are really high-quality.

Had a busted vacuum and brought it in. For about five bucks they not only repaired it but show me how to repair it myself and gave me the part I’ll need if it happens again.
